Here's what they had to say on the day before the walk ... "Things just keep falling into place so beautifully! Yesterday,
Brendan and I were interviewed on the Fox4 morning show 'Morning Blend' and hopefully that will bring even more walkers out to join us. Right
now, I would like to have between 75-100 people. The Marine Corps
contingent is going to be 45-55 young Marines and Marine Corps recruits.
We will have some Coast Guard walkers and even a sample Coast
Guard boat. The Lustgarten website shows that we have raised over
$24,000 so far. Unbelievable! Dare we strive for $30,000? Hopefully,
some of the general public will lend their support."
