We had two very special guests at the walk this year: Paul Sandoval and Ken Salazar. Both are icons of the Colorado and Denver politics. Former Colorado US Senator, Mr. Salazar is currently serving as the Secretary of the Interior in the Obama cabinet.
Paul Sandoval is unfortunately one of the many fighting pancreatic cancer. But despite his health issues, he was firmly planted at the finish line last Sunday, cheering his family and all our participants in. He was a true inspiration to us all. .
