Your participation in The Lustgarten Foundation's 2011 Pancreatic Cancer Research Walk Series helped us raise a grand total of $3,337,774 from the 2011 walks/runs. Since Pancreatic Cancer Research Walks were established in 2001, these events have raised $16,108,514!

On hundred percent of the funds raised will go directly to Pancreatic Cancer research. It is only through research that we will find a cure. The Lustgarten Foundation has provided $38 million in research funding, which has resulted in identifying genes that cause this cancer, developed technologies to distinguish between harmless cysts and these that may become malignant, and continues to support new therapies that have shown a significant improvement in the average survival time.

This progress would not be possible without your support and participation. We thank you again and look forward to seeing you in 2012!
